Join Our Family
We’re looking for dedicated, fun-loving employees to help us continue to build a positive learning environment for our children.
Our mission is to realise every child's potential by instilling an
"I Can" attitude in everyone — and that includes our employees.
We empower our team to take on the most inspiring challenges of their working lives.
Our Perks & Benefits
Work-life Balance
Teachers have a tough job! Therefore we believe teachers need to have ample rest outside their working hours. We value our employees’ personal and family time so they can recharge and come back to work feeling refreshed.
Medical Benefits
Our medical benefits package includes outpatient medical and dental coverage for our employees, on top of group hospitalisation and surgical insurance. We also offer paid childcare leave and daily lunches for all staff.
Staff Training & Development
We constantly invest into our educators’ continous professional development through external early childhood education courses and conferences. We also conduct regular curriculum meetings, sharing sessions and workshops to share ideas and best practices across all our schools.
We Love To Have Fun!
One benefit of having a strong team is enjoying each other’s company, and we make up some good excuses to have fun together. From birthday celebrations to staff retreats and overseas getaways, we spare no resources to plan fun and exciting programmes for our teachers! Even a Zoom staff retreat can be so much fun!
